Founded in 2004 by Juha Timonen, The Siam Oriental Trading Co., Ltd. is a Finnish developer focused on condominiums in Pattaya’s Pratumnak district. Its projects share a location close to the coast and within reach of central Pattaya and Jomtien. Oasis is the company’s twelfth development, planned as three eight-storey buildings with 377 residences, landscaped areas and shared leisure spaces.
